Process Improvement Council


The Challenge:

The Process Improvement Council, formed by The Performance Institute and The American Strategic Institute, is dedicated to enhancing the performance of public and private sector organizations through transforming processes into the most efficient and cost-effective ways of delivering service to your internal and external customers.

The website needed to stand alone as uniquely identifiable entity with out relying on its founding organizations online presence. Visitors to the site needed to find information easily and have access to the Coalitions knowledge base.

Our Strategy:

We made sure to transfer the visual identity developed for The Process Improvement Council's promotional material to it's website. In order to maintain the Council's unique identity we made sure to steer clear of its founding organizations color schemes, site layouts, navigational structure, and information architecture.

The Outcome:

The site received praise from the Council's execs. It is hoped through future marketing efforts, the site will be able to play a larger role in how both The Performance Institute and The American Strategic Institute develop process improvement strategies.

Update:

The Process Improvement Council's website has since been redesigned, and its content restructured. The website was redesigned in-house by The Performance Institute.
